The Broadway engagement of John Patrick Shanley’s Doubt: A Parable, starring Amy Ryan and Liev Schreiber, has been extended by a week, with a closing date now set for Sunday, April 21. The revival initially was scheduled to open February 29, but the date was delayed a week when Tyne Daly, who had been set to co-star with Schreiber, dropped out last month due to illness. Still no official word on the nature of Daly’s illness, which required hospitalization last month, though Roundabout execs have said she is expected to make a full recovery.
