Broadway Couple Andy Karl and Orfeh Split After 23 Years of Marriage

'We remain committed to building a strong future, whether together or apart,' the two said in a joint statement posted on Instagram.

"After 23 years of a wonderful loving relationship, both onstage and off, we have made the decision to separate," the pair said in a joint statement posted on Karl's Instagram. The pair is typically based in New York City, but Karl has been living outside of the United States over the past year for his lead role as Phil Connors in Groundhog Day: The Musical. Karl and Orfeh are best known for their roles together in the Broadway musicals Saturday Night Fever, Legally Blonde and Pretty Woman.
