Brits urged to spray this solution around the home to keep spiders out this mating season
Spiders typically start to migrate indoors in late mid to late August, with their numbers peaking in September. It is also coming up to spider mating season, which begins in September and sees male spiders coming into homes on the hunt for females

(Image: Getty Images / Dougal Waters Photography Ltd)Adam Pawson, head of digital at Safestyle UK, shared a nifty trick with House Beautiful for keeping those pesky spiders at bay: "Spray half water and half vinegar all over the crevices of your window, being careful to avoid varnished surfaces as vinegar can be harsh on these. They also noted: "If you notice the odour alone is not enough to repel them, you can place small dishes of diluted white vinegar in corners, underneath furniture, or other dark areas where you're most likely going to find spiders."
