Britney Spears posed in a wedding dress as she told fans on Instagram she'd 'married myself,' insisting it was the 'most brilliant thing' she'd 'ever done.'

The pop superstar — who teamed the outfit with a pair of knee-high black boots — flipped her hair, spun around and danced while seemingly on a private plane in the clip. The former couple — who were first romantically linked in late 2016 before tying the knot on June 9, 2022 — will be declared legally single on Dec. 2, 2024, as California law requires at least a six-month waiting period. Court papers previously stated they'd separated on July 30, 2023, due to "irreconcilable differences that have led to the irremediable breakdown of the marriage, making it impossible for the parties to live together as husband and wife."
