With abrasions on her knees and a pillow clutched to her chest, the singer appeared agitated as she was escorted to emergency service vehicles by her security and felon 'ex' Paul. Spears' loved ones are said to fear for her future if she doesn't enter another conservatorship, admitting it's been impossible to reason with the star about her latest erratic behavior.
