British viewers shocked to find gripping drama which is 'better than Narcos' and with stellar Rotten Tomatoes score available to watch on BBC iPlayer
Brits are discovering a gripping series lurking on BBC iPlayer nearly seven years after it was released. Fans of the drama have called it 'better than Narcos'.
It follows the stories of different characters caught up in that emerging world, principally Franklin, a young drug dealer. Better than Ozark and joins the likes of The Wire, BB [Breaking Bad], BCS [Better Call Saul], and all of Narcos.' However, its presence at major awards has been minimal, with many amazed that the show itself, or its lead, was not nominated at the last round of TV gongs after its 2023 finale.
