Brit Award record breaker Raye reveals why she's been 'crying in the studio' while writing her new music
She broke Brit Award records after winning six gongs last year for her album 21st Century Blues.
It comes after it was revealed the south London born singer had bought a £2million mansion in Los Angeles in her bid to break America after her first Grammy nomination. Raye, whose real name is Rachel Keen, made one of pop's greatest comeback stories of all time after splitting from her label Polydor Records in 2021. Gritty, triumphant and catchy, it showcased her ability to genre-hop between jazz, soul, hip-hop, dance and gospel without losing her sense of identity.
