Bright Eyes Cancel Remainder of 2024 Tour Dates Due to Conor Oberst’s Vocal Issues

Bright Eyes have canceled the remainder of their 2024 tour dates due to singer Conor Oberst’s vocal issues.

The rest of the tour plans remained intact, however, “Over the past week, Conor has undergone multiple tests to determine the cause of his recent vocal problems. “We are confident that with a successful regimen, and continued medical attention, we will be able to return to the road next year,” adding that the band will attempt to reschedule the 2024 shows. Depending on Oberst’s recovery, Bright Eyes have already scheduled four months worth of North American gigs in 2025, starting January 16 in Phoenix, Arizona and continuing on through April 26 in Des Moines, Iowa.
