Brie Bella, sister of Nikki Bella, seemingly implied that Artem Chigvintsev was lying after the domestic violence charges from his recent arrest were dropped.

The Russia native was booked on California penal code 273.5(a) which “makes it illegal to injure a spouse, cohabitant or fellow parent in an act of domestic violence.
