Bridget Jones star heartbroken as son with Down's syndrome denied access to trampoline park

Bridget Jones actress Sally Phillips has publicly called for a change in rules after her son who has Down's syndrome was denied access to a London trampoline park

The 53-year-old film and television star, known for her roles in Smack The Pony and Bridget Jones's Diary, revealed that her son Olly wasn't allowed to play at Oxygen Acton in London. As a member of the British Gymnastics association, she explained that Olly had an X-ray before to check for neck instability issues but it "didn't give the information required" for these types of activities, as reported by the Mirror. When Oxygen Activeplay told BBC Breakfast they were sorry and wanted her advice to look over the current rules, Sally said it's not "fair" that parents with special needs kids should have to make changes but she'd help out.
