Bridgerton star joins Heartstopper cast as new 'crush' for series three
The third series of coming-of-age romantic comedy drama Heartstopper hitting screens later this year will feature Bridgerton star Jonathan Bailey as Charlie’s celebrity crush
Alongside the regular cast, the new series will feature a cameo appearance from Jonathan Bailey, otherwise known as oldest brother Anthony Bridgerton in the hugely successful period drama. The 35 year old actor will be joined by two more new cast members – Mission: Impossible - Dead Reckoning Part One star Hayley Atwell and The Thief, His Wife and the Canoe’s Eddie Marsan. Heartstopper, based on Alice Oseman’s graphic novel, is the story of Charlie Spring - played by Joe Locke - a gay schoolboy who falls in love with his classmate Nick Nelson (Kit Connor).
