Nicola Coughlan is set to star alongside actor Ncuti Gatwa in the 2024 Doctor Who Christmas special.
The Bridgerton actress, 37, will take take on the huge guest role with Ncuti, 31, but sidekick Millie Gibson and Varada Seethu will not be appearing. According to The Mirror, Doctor Who's TV producer Russell T Davies said: 'This has been the most brilliant shoot, with Nicola lighting up the set and bringing joy. The eagerly-anticipated new season of the show, which hits Netflix this month, will feature the actress getting hot and heavy with her love interest Colin Bridgerton, played by Luke, 31.
