Brian Wilson's Family Pursues Conservatorship Following Wife's Death


According to court documents, the Beach Boys legend is suffering from 'major neurocognitive disorder.'

According to court documents obtained by ET on Friday, Wilson's family is seeking a conservatorship for the singer, who is suffering from a "major neurocognitive disorder (such as dementia)" -- and naming "longtime Wilson family representatives" LeeAnn Hard and Jean Sievers as co-conservators. According to the docs, she was his primary caregiver at home and no successive caretaker was named in his Advanced Health Care Directive. "Brian will be able to enjoy all of his family and friends and continue to work on current projects as well as participate in any activities he chooses."
