Brett Goldstein Sets First Stand-Up Comedy Special at HBO
'Ted Lasso' star Brett Goldstein set his first-ever stand-up comedy special at HBO. Titled 'The Second Best Night of Your Life,' it debuts in April.
He has a razor-sharp, dark sense of humor and is the perfect combination of British gentleman and cheeky troublemaker. Goldstein is a comedian, actor, writer and producer who is best known for playing Roy Kent on Apple’s feel-good soccer comedy “Ted Lasso.” He reteamed with series creator Bill Lawrence to co-create the therapy dramedy “Shrinking” with Jason Segel. “The Second Best Night of Your Life” is executive produced by Goldstein, Jeff Tomsic (who also directs), Matthew Vaughn and Molly Mandel.
