Bravo star goes viral for 'catastrophic' cover of Killing Me Softly on live television

Real Housewives of Potomac star Ashley Darby's recent Roberta Flack tribute failed to impress fans.

The 36-year-old reality television personality — who finalized her divorce in February — appeared on Fox 5 DC on Thursday, where she covered the late Flack's 1973 hit Killing Me Softly With His Song. Per an Instagram caption shared by the outlet, Darby's performance was meant to promote her 'first exhibition at the legendary Mr. Henry’s in Southeast, DC' on Saturday. On Sunday she defiantly shared footage from the show, during which she also covered Gloria Gaynor's I Will Survive, Corinne Bailey Rae's Put Your Records On, and Beyonce's 2002 song Work It Out.
