A woman reportedly told the Burbank Police Department that “her boyfriend lifted her up and threw her to the ground,” according to documents viewed by multiple outlets including People. Vanderpump Rules star James Kennedy and his girlfriend, Ally Lewber, attended Kathy Hilton’s party the night he was reportedly arrested for misdemeanor domestic violence. An eyewitness exclusively told Us Weekly that Kennedy, 32, “looked like he was in great spirits” at DIRECTV’s Christmas at the event at Kathy’s Los Angeles home on Tuesday, December 10.
