Brandi Carlile Visits ‘Sesame Street’ to Sing About ‘Nature, Naturally’

Brandi Carlile will be stopping by 'Sesame Street' on Thursday to help Big Bird and Mr. Snuffleupagus celebrate all things nature.

In an exclusive clip from the episode, which teaches kids about the environment, Carlile explains that “Nature is all around us, it’s everything around us not made by people.” To help her two friends learn more about what Earth is all about, the singer dives into a catchy song as the trio travels through different landscapes — from green rolling hills to fields of flowers. Carlile recently collaborated with Noah Kahan on Stick Season (Forever) for the track “You’re Gonna Go Far.” She also joined friend and collaborator Joni Mitchell during the legend’s first-ever Grammy Awards performance this year for a touching rendition of “Both Sides Now,” along with Allison Russell, Blake Mills, Lucius, Jacob Collier, and Sista Strings. Sesame Street has welcomed a host of special guests in recent years, including Zazie Beetz, Jill Biden, Ava DuVernay, Brett Goldstein, Mickey Guyton, Samuel L. Jackson, and Amber Ruffin.
