The former Boy Meets World star shocked fans earlier this month when she announced that she is expecting her fourth child, her first with husband Marcello Thedford, having conceived naturally despite being one year into the menopause. Speaking exclusively to DailyMail.com, Trina shared her belief that adopting a healthy lifestyle, which includes drinking a pineapple elixir, brought about her 'miracle' baby, as she claims it helped to improve blood flow to her uterus. Trina, who played Angela Moore in the hit show Boy Meets World between 1997 and 2000, insisted she is not claiming to be 'any kind of guru' or a medical doctor, but simply wants to share her own experience.
