Bong Joon-ho ‘s highly anticipated sci-fi film Mickey 17 is set to premiere on February 28 in South Korea, before the title’s March 7 global release. Starring Robert Pattinson, Toni Collette, Steven Yeun, Naomi Ackie and Mark Ruffalo, the $150M blockbuster is Bong’s first feature since helming his history-making title, Parasite. An adaptation of Edward Ashton’s 2022 novel “Mickey7,” the film follows an unlikely hero named Mickey Barnes (Pattinson), who is an Expendable: a disposable employee on a human expedition sent to colonize the ice world Niflheim.
