Bob Newhart, beloved star of ELF and The Big Bang Theory, has passed away at the age of 94. Bob Newhart played the role of Papa Elf alongside Will Ferrell in the hit Christmas movie Elf (Image: Shuttershock)In 2013, he clinched an Emmy Award for his role playing genius character Arthur Jeffries/Professor Proton, alongside the show's iconic characters Leonard, Sheldon, Raj and Howard. Bob leaves behind four children - Jennifer, Courtney, Timothy and Robert, along with numerous grandchildren, as shared by his publicist.
