At the time, Bob, now bald, had thick, dark hair and appeared to be enjoying a bottle of beer when the picture was taken. The photo's caption was in reference to Bob's shock revelation that, despite being a celebrity, he chooses to do his own dental work. The resurfaced picture comes after Paul recently opened up about facing his own mortality following triple bypass heart surgery in 2015.
