Body dysmorphia is a mental health disorder in which a person can't stop thinking about a perceived defect or flaw in their appearance, according to the Mayo Clinic. The CW star said he initially thought his struggle may be a result of being in the entertainment industry, but he knows that many people go through similar experiences.
