BMG Ups Marian Wolf to Lead North American Publishing
BMG promotes longtime executive Marian Wolf to lead North American publishing, the company's single largest business unit.
With the official title of senior vp of music publishing, North America, Wolf now heads the company’s single largest business unit, leading employees in Los Angeles, New York, Nashville, and Canada. During his tenure, the company has added a number of key songwriters to its publishing roster including George Harrison, Jennifer Lopez, Pitbull, Riot Games, Jessie J, and Dave Gibson, among others. Wolf also has spearheaded opportunities between BMG and its parent company Bertelsmann, including a partnership with European broadcast and content leader RTL.
