Blumhouse And Platinum Dunes Reunite On Thriller ‘Drop’ Starring ‘White Lotus’ Breakout Meghann Fahy; Christopher Landon Directing
Blumhouse and Platinum Dunes are teaming on a new thriller Drop and have set Happy Death Day director Christopher Landon to helm
The partnership between the two production companies has delivered huge results from its Purge franchise that includes five films with the sixth on the way as well as a TV series. The film marks a reunion for Landon and Blumhouse who worked together on the horror thriller Freaky starring Vince Vaughn and Kathryn Newton. Fahy earned rave reviews for the role as well as a 2023 Emmy nomination for outstanding supporting actress in a drama series.
