Blumhouse and Peacock to Open ‘Overnightmare’ Scary Experience at the Real ‘Shining’ Hotel in Colorado (EXCLUSIVE)
Peacock and Blumhouse will take over Colorado's Stanley Hotel, which inspired "The Shining," for an upcoming horror experience.
During the day, attendees can grab a drink at the Blumhouse Bar, play the studio’s upcoming video game “Fear the Spotlight” or explore the “ Teacup ” Room, a lounge based on the new horror thriller series from James Wan and Peacock. The “Freaky” and “Happy Death Day” themed nights will be geared toward general audiences while the “Insidious” and “The Purge” activities are reserved only for seasoned horror fans. The weekend package includes a two-night stay in a double occupancy room in The Lodge, an interactive scare experience, a complimentary welcome dinner, $100 credit toward breakfast or lunch at Brunch & Co., nightly screenings and two drink vouchers for the Blumhouse Bar per guest.
