Blue Fox Entertainment Canada To Acquire North American Distributor Unobstructed View
Blue Fox Entertainment Canada announced has a deal to buy Unobstructed View Inc. and its U.S. sister company Unobstructed View LLC in a move that expands its distribution footprint across North America.
The announcement was made by Blue Fox Canada’s President David Hudakoc and EVP Ian Goggins during the American Film Market. Unobstructed View was launched in 1993 by Gross, a former rock critic credited with breaking standout acts like Tom Green. Gross, expanding a hold on the physical media market in Canada by securing distribution rights to key labels including Criterion, Kino Lorber, PBS, and Arrow.
