Blake Moynes Claims He Almost Became the Bachelor After 2 Stints on ‘The Bachelorette’

Blake Moynes claimed that he almost became the Bachelor following his two attempts to find love on The Bachelorette, though he said the stint didn’t pan out.

“There’s been a couple of instances that almost transpired, one being last year, Bachelor almost became a thing, being the lead, but went in a different direction,” Blake, 34, claimed when asked about his plans to return to reality TV during the Thursday, April 10, episode of Jax Taylor ’s “In the Mind of a Man” podcast. Clare, 44, quickly left the show when she got engaged to contestant Dale Moss, though Blake remained on the season and went on to pursue a relationship with Tayshia Adams. “We are so grateful for the moments we shared together and the entire journey that has unfolded this year, but we ultimately have concluded that we are not compatible as life partners, and it is the most caring choice for both of us to move forward independently.”
