Justin Baldoni's case against Blake Lively has been dismissed by a judge

Justin Baldoni has been handed a major blow in his lawsuit against Blake Lively, after all of his suits against her, Ryan Reynolds and the New York Times were dismissed by a judge. The judge allegedly dismissed the suit against the New York Times after finding they fairly reported the story and that the emails they used in the article were ultimately tied to Lively’s initial civil right complaint. Lively’s formal lawsuit claimed alleged sexual harassment, retaliation, breach of contract, infliction of emotional distress, invasion of privacy and lost wages.
