Blake Lively is focused on making Christmas "special" for her four kids amid news of her legal action against Justin Baldoni, an exclusive source tells PEOPLE.
After news of her filing against Justin Baldoni, 40, went public this past weekend, Lively, 37, is taking time to be with her family, a source tells PEOPLE exclusively. In her complaint, Lively alleges that Baldoni, who directed and starred alongside the actress in their film It Ends with Us, sexually harassed her during the production of the movie, with alleged misconductincluding showing her explicit images and videos, asking her about her personal sex life and attempting to add additional intimacy scenes to the film that she had not originally agreed to, PEOPLE previously reported. Lively says in her complaint, which is a precursor to filing a discrimination lawsuit in California, that "she has suffered from grief, fear, trauma and extreme anxiety" because of Baldoni’s behavior.
