Blake Lively claims husband Ryan Reynolds wrote 'iconic' scene in her new film It Ends With Us... as baffled screenwriter reacts
Blake Lively revealed her husband Ryan Reynolds secretly contributed to the dialogue in her new film, It Ends With Us, prompting a surprise response from screenwriter Christy Hall.
'There were a couple of little things that I thought had been improvised,' she told People of the scene, which takes place early in the film with Lily Bloom (Blake) and Ryle Kincaid (Justin Baldoni) sharing a flirtatious rooftop encounter. Ryan — who shares daughters James, 9, Inez, 7, and Betty, 4, and son Olin, born in 2023, with Blake — appeared to take pride in the success of the film, reposting a glowing review from CineXpress critic Fico Cangiano to his Instagram Stories on Wednesday. But some fans believe Blake has beef with Justin, 40 — who on top of acting in the film, also directed it — after claiming they spotted some tension between the stars at the New York City premiere earlier this week.
