Blake Lively Attends Premiere of ‘Another Simple Favor’ Amid Legal Drama
Blake Lively made a rare public appearance to support ‘Another Simple Favor’ at SXSW amid her ongoing legal battle with Justin Baldoni
Lively, 37, chose to wear a ’50s-inspired mauve Renée Massoomian dress with a full skirt as she celebrated the A Simple Favor ’s sequel with director Paul Feig and her costars, including Anna Kendrick, Bashir Salahuddin, Henry Golding, Michelle Morrone and Elizabeth Perkins. As seen in the preview, the film tells the story of Stephanie Smothers (Kendrick) traveling to the beautiful island of Capri, Italy, to celebrate her friend Emily Nelson’s (Lively) extravagant wedding to a rich Italian businessman. The Gossip Girl alum first filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against Baldoni, 41, in December 2024, months after reports that the two faced creative differences while making the August 2024 film adaptation of Colleen Hoover ’s novel It Ends With Us.
