The wildlife conservationist, 26, said her grief for her dad Steve is a “scar on [my] heart” following his tragic death in 2006 in a candid new interview on the Monday, Feb. 3 episode of the A Life of Greatness podcast. Conservationist Steve died unexpectedly at age 44 on Sept. 4, 2006, in an unprovoked attack by a stingray as he snorkeled by the sea creature while filming in the Batt Reef off the coast of Australia. The mom of one shared on the podcast that over the years since losing her father the impact of his absence “has changed.”
