In a Page Six article published on Sunday, she said Cyrus was an 'evil man' and detailed her own claims of domestic abuse during the two years they were together and seven months they were married. As a result, she claimed she lost hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of professional work opportunities, including a role in a Hallmark movie. About why she wanted to speak out, she said: 'Knowing so many other women and so many other people who are, unfortunately, survivors of domestic abuse — and have to face all of this, every day, behind closed doors — makes me realize I have to find courage.
