Billy Ray Cyrus Seeking Temporary Restraining Order Against Firerose


Billy Ray Cyrus is asking for a temporary restraining order to be granted against his estranged wife, Firerose, one week after news of their split broke

The American Express purchases, made between May 23 to June 7, reportedly include Venmo payments, flights, paying $10,000 to the United States Treasury and $50,000 to a law firm, according to documents obtained by In Touch Weekly. Us confirmed last week that Cyrus filed for annulment from Firerose after seven months of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences and “inappropriate marital conduct” as the reason for their split. Court docs obtained by TMZ at the time revealed that Cyrus gave Firerose two days from their split date to move out of their shared home.
