TMZ has reported that the singer, 62, listed both irreconcilable differences and 'inappropriate marital conduct' for the reasons behind their split.

In court documents obtained by E!, Cyrus says he is seeking an annulment as 'he gave consent to marriage based on Fraud by the Wife, that had he known he would not have entered into the bonds of matrimony.' In the caption of a joint Instagram post with his new wife, Billy sweetly penned, '10/10/23 will always be the beautiful, joyous day that our two souls united as one in holy matrimony.' The Grammy Award winner shared a throwback photo of himself with daughter Miley along with a poem he wrote for her on Friday amid a reported rift.
