Billy Idol Says the Best Part About Being a Granddad of Four Is Not Having to ‘Discipline’ Them (Exclusive)

Billy Idol says that the best part about being a grandfather of four is not having to "discipline them." The rockstar is "granddad" to son Brant's two kids and daughter Bonnie's two kids.

The 68-year-old rocker spoke with PEOPLE in an exclusive interview for this week's issue, opening up about how he balances his rock and roll lifestyle with being a doting granddad. "Lovely family visit from my Long Island grandchildren Mason and McKenzie yesterday," he wrote, adding, "I had lots of fun!" The next night, Idol revealed that the older of Brant's two kids came to see him play a show at King's Theatre in Brooklyn.
