Billie Lourd's Son Watches Late Great-Grandmother Debbie Reynolds' Movie 'Singin' in the Rain'


Debbie Reynolds died from a stroke on Dec. 28, 2016, just days after daughter Carrie Fisher.

On Monday, the 31-year-old Booksmart star took to her Instagram Story to reveal Kingston was engrossed in the 1952 classic film Singin’ in the Rain. In the Instagram post, Lourd shared a snapshot capturing the back of Kingston's head as he sat mesmerized in front of the television, watching his great-grandmother wearing pink flapper girl costume and singing. Expressing the bittersweet reality of missing her mother's presence, Lourd emphasized the importance of holding onto the magic of life and cherishing moments with her children.
