Billie Eilish Performs ‘Birds of a Feather’ at Olympics Closing Ceremony to Welcome Games to L.A.
Billie Eilish gave a rendition of 'Birds of a Feather' during the Olympics closing ceremony.
Dressed in an official Team USA polo, Eilish was joined by her brother and creative partner Finneas for the performance, which took place on a watchtower overlooking the ocean. Eilish is scheduled to take a break in December after her North American leg of the tour before picking it back up in February for a string of dates in Australia and Europe. The opening ceremony featured performances from Lady Gaga and Celine Dion, the latter of whom made a grand return to the public eye following her battle with Stiff Person Syndrome to give a powerful and emotional rendition of Edith Piaf’s “Hymne A L’Amour.” As the Olympics transpired, Taylor Swift and Beyoncé narrated advertisements in support of some of the athletes.
