Billboard’s Top 10 Artists of 2024

Billboard is counting down the Top Artists of 2024 before the Billboard Music Awards on Thursday and the reveal of the year-end charts on Friday.

Rankings for Luminate-based recaps reflect equivalent album units, airplay, sales or streaming during the weeks that the titles appeared on a respective chart during the tracking year. That methodology detail, and the October-October time period, account for some of the difference between these lists and the calendar-year recaps that are independently compiled by Luminate. Five of his earlier sets also spent time on the tally, with his 2023 best-of The Diamond Collection racking up 46 frames on the list during the chart year.
