Bill Skarsgard is gearing up to return to the It franchise playing the iconic horror character Pennywise in a new series called Welcome to Derry. Deadline reported that Bill would suit up as Pennywise in the new MAX series, which has a working title of Welcome to Derry. It will bring the character back to the town of Derry, Maine where he traumatized the children in previous projects.
