But even the day that I do, I’ll jump off and smile back at you” — Pullman explains that those “dreamy” words always reminded him that even if things don’t work out, to remember “it’s not going to be a catastrophe.” “It was after Moby had started sampling old folk Library of Congress recordings and making them into set tracks and adding layers,” says Pullman, who would listen to them “when I realized I’d be too much in the world” of Murdaugh.
