The Achy Breaky Heart crooner and his estranged wife Firerose have been locked in a contentious divorce for about two months now. As we’ve been following, Billy Ray filed to legally separate from the 37-year-old back in May citing “irreconcilable differences” and “inappropriate marital conduct.” He later claimed she racked up over$96K in credit card bills AFTER he filed — and asked a Tennessee judge for an emergency restraining order to prevent any further charges. According to legal docs obtained by People which were filed on July 10, a Williamson County judge found “no legitimate reason for [Firerose] to have access to and to make any additional charges,” and cut her off from using them.
