Diddy was indicted on September 17 on charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion and transportation to engage in prostitution. Graves also accused Diddy’s bodyguard Joseph Sherman, known as Big Joe, of raping her inside New York’s Bad Boy Studios that year.
