Big Brother icon Chantelle Houghton confesses she had trauma and needed therapy because of the show
The TV star, 41, became a legend after appearing on Big Brother in 2006 and then reappeared on the show its 'ultimate' spin-off in 2010.
'I'm in therapy taking good care of myself – so I just think if you are prone to having issues with your mental health, then I wouldn't suggest putting yourself in certain situations. Since her relationship with Preston, Chantelle was fleetingly engaged to her partner Alex Reid who is the father of her 11-year-old daughter Dolly. Chantelle was also engaged to her most recent fiancé Michael Strutt in April 2020 after a nine year friendship developed into a three and a half month whirlwind romance.
