Beyond Paradise's Kris Marshall breaks silence on show's unusual cancellation - 'It's a first'
Kris Marshall has opened up about his time on ITV's Sanditon, which was cancelled after one series before being brought back for a second and third season
Kris was delighted when the show was renewed for two more series, and spoke about his role as Tom Parker, a businessman who wants to transform Sanditon into a posh seaside resort, reports the Express. Having previously spoken about the Death in Paradise spin-off on The One Show, the actor revealed: "We're basically following Humphrey and his girlfriend Martha's journey as they move in with the mother-in-law down in the South West."
