Beyonce to kick off world tour in March amid husband Jay Z's legal turmoil
Beyoncé will be kicking off her tour in March in Los Angeles, an insider told The Sun on Monday.
It comes in the wake of allegations that Jay-Z — real name: Shawn Carter — and disgraced rapper Sean ' Diddy' Combs assaulted a 13-year-old girl at an MTV Video Music Awards after-party in New York in 2000. Earlier this month, the 16 Carriages singer broke her silence on the rape allegations just days after the victim's attorney re-filed charges on December 8, naming Jay-Z after the initial claim in October only accused Combs of the assault. Fans have speculated that the Single Ladies songstress will drop major hints about her upcoming tour and album during the NFL’s Christmas Day half-time show in her hometown of Houston, Texas.
