For the fist cover, which was released a week ago, Beyonce had on a fuzzy off-white Alexander McQueen coat and Cartier High Jewelry earrings. She had on Sportmax chaps, Andreādamo briefs, a Stetson hat, Van Cleef & Arpels earrings, Lisa Eisner Jewelry cuffs, Tiffany & Co. ring and Partlow boots.
