The Cé Lumière Eau de Parfum was created in France and completely crafted and nosed by Beyoncé, and we could totally picture — nay, smell — her wearing it too. The music star doesn’t give off light and airy vibes, nor do we see her wearing anything sugary sweet, and Cé Lumière is neither of those things.
