Beyoncé's 'Cowboy Carter' and its songs saw a huge surge in Spotify streams following her big wins at the Grammy Awards.
Beyoncé’s history-making turn at the Grammy Awards last night was just the boost she needed for “Cowboy Carter” to surge back up on streaming, as her eighth album saw a 795 percent increase on Spotify compared to the day prior. The Grammys were a massive night for Beyoncé, who finally won for album of the year after coming up empty-handed in the category four previous times. “i want to dedicate this to Miss (Linda) Martell, and I’ll just hopefully keep pushing forward, opening doors.”
