Beyoncé Postpones Announcement in Wake of Fire ‘Devastation’ in Los Angeles
Beyoncé has postponed an impending announcement due to "the devastation caused by the ongoing wildfires" in Los Angeles.
She also encouraged fans to “join our efforts in supporting those impacted,” sharing the handle for her charity foundation BeyGOOD. Beyoncé previously teased the announcement on Instagram with a short video posted after her Christmas Day halftime performance during the Baltimore Ravens vs. Houston Texans game on Netflix. “The fund is earmarked to aid families in the Altadena/Pasadena area who lost their homes, and to churches and community centers to address the immediate needs of those affected by the wildfires,” the foundation shared on Instagram.
